Individual Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders, verbal or written, issued by Aerojet incorporate by reference the applicable version of Aerojet standard terms and conditions of purchase. Additional terms may be included in RFQs and Purchase Orders to incorporate requirements imposed by Aerojet's customers.
