Shipments to Aerojet are only received between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm. Appointments
are not necessary for deliveries; however, advance arrangements must be made
with Buyer for shipments to be received outside the normal receiving hours.
All vehicles must check in at Building 2SH10 and be escorted to dock to
be unloaded.
Packaging Instructions: Items may be combined in a single package only
if they are all assigned to the same Purchase Order. Do not combine items
from multiple Purchase Orders in a single package. Packing slips must be attached
to the outside of each container, and must be easily removable upon arrival
at destination. Packing slips must contain at a minimum, the following information
in a legible format:
- Aerojet Purchase Order # and applicable Purchase Order line item number.
- Actual quantity shipped and unit of measure defined in the Purchase Order.
- The appropriate safety related information such as Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS) and if applicable, copies of the Competent Authority for energetic
materials must accompany each package.
