The United States will fly a new generation of explorers aboard NASA's Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV). Scehduled for its first test flight in 2013, MPCV is a versatile spacecraft that can carry crew to low-earth orbit and beyond. Selected by Lockheed as its propulsion partner, Aerojet will provide all propulsion for MPCV's Crew Module, Service Module and Launch Abort Jettison motor.
